Learning outcomes
|
This course is interwoven with the course "Dutch Language Exercises 3" and it aims at further development of the (oral as well as written) communicative and cultural competences in the Dutch language. To reach the aim of the students getting at the B1 CEFR level in Dutch at the end of the second year bachelor, primarily activisation teaching formats are being exploited. This means that the student - after being provided with the necessary theoretical background and models - present current news topis of theirs choice (news servers www.nos.nl, www.nu.nl, www.vrtnieuws.be, www.standaard.be) and/or present in couples songs of their choice. These presentations are subsequently being discussed within the feedback sessions with the teacher and the other course participants.
Further building up Dutch vocabulary, basic oral communicative skills in Dutch.

Prerequisites
|
Knowledge and skills on the target level of the course "Dutch Language Exercises 2" (A2 - CEFR) are required.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Analysis of linguistic, Dialog, Systematic Observation of Student, Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio
Being present at the lessons, active participation in the educational activities, carrying out the homework tasks systematically.
