The aim of the subject is to continue in theory and practical application of the systematic anatomy and basics of topographical anatomy knowledge obtained in the subject Anatomy 1 Further interconnection to other subjects with the functional specialization is essentional too. It is focused on the ability of analysis of the basic macroscopic structure of human body in relation to the microscopic structures. The main principals of the elemental structures related to the functional understanding of central and peripheral nervous system, system of the cranial nerves and autonomic nervous system, structure of the sensory organs, respiratory, urinary and genital systems.
On the basis of the 1st semester´s subjects attendance: Biophysics, Biology, Chemistry and Anatomy 1, it allowes application of acquired knowledge in wide relation to biophysical, physiological and biochemical mechanisms leading to the possible clinical disorders. The student will be able to solve model situation through the organ´s and systematic disability. Student is supposed to be able to use gained theoretical and practical knowledges of the courses Anatomy 1 and 2 properly in practical clinical subjects that are necessary for passing general medicine study.
|
Prerequisites
|
Basic knowledge of biology corresponding to the 4-year grammar school level. Theoretical and practical knowledges of the course Anatomy 1 - locomotory system, angiology, peripheral nerves and gastroenterology.

Understanding the holistic structure and function of the body, from its basic elements to the ability to perceive disorders on the basis of pathological and patophysiological clains, leading from local damage to the entire body. Course unit credit: The 100 % participation in the exercises. Knowledge according to the practices´ and lectures´ topics controled in the exercises (A - E grades). Unit credit course NAN/VCB14. Exam: The final test (60% = passing score) and oral exam (A - E grade). List of questions is published.
