Course content
The course is divided in three blocks: 1: Food security and policies 2: Agricultural development 3: Climate change

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
The course focuses on developing countries and aims to describe the main features of food security and food security policies in the current context, and to understand the role of agricultural development. The specific focus is on food security, agriculture, and climate change. The course is taught within the EMJMD IDS (Glodep, http://glodep.eu/) program at University of Pavia (Pavia, Italy).
Students fully understand and focus on food security, food policies in the developing world. They are able to analyze major agricultural challenges in the current development world.
