Course content
Explanation of fundamental concepts from the area of ethics and law in relation to particular categories of workers in health services. Familiarization with law regulations in the area of penal law, civil law and administrative law in relation to health services and privatitzation regulations in health services. Questions of legal responsibility of workers in health services.

Explanation of fundamental concepts from the area of ethics and law in relation to particular categories of workers in health services. Familiarization with law regulations in the area of penal law, civil law and administrative law in relation to health services and privatitzation regulations in health services. Questions of legal responsibility of workers in health services.
On the completion of the subject the student will be able to manage required medical legal quota in professional problems with emphasis on questions of personal rights of the patient and other problems of legal responsibility of a health worker.
