Course content
Selected clinical cases of the most common viral infections.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Projection (static, dynamic)
Learning outcomes
The aim is to introduce students to the basis of diagnosis and adequate therapy of the most common viral infections. The principles of identification of the etiological agents and selection of the most appropriate therapy will be presented.
The students will be able to make decisions about the optimal therapeutic approach to the most common viral infections.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of clinical microbiology.
MIK/VAA12 and FAR/VAB11

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam

Passing a written test.
