Lecture Topics: 1. Forms of law-suit proceedings suits in international business commitments 2. Prorogation of the international authority 3. Important institutions occuring in the international trade area 4. Alternative forms in law-suit judgements 5. Institutional security of the international investment protection 6. The submission, its characteristic, construction and effects 7.-8. Initiating and process of the arbitration proceedings and its legal regime 9. The arbitration award and other processes in arbitration proceedings completion 10. Mutual arbitral structures and state justice 11.-12. The subject focuses on the questions in proceedings of the private legal law-suits in business commitments with an international element. It aims at the identification of options in proceedings of law-suits without the classic scope of legal system. The subject focuses on questions in the international authority as well as the international competency and also defines individual forms of law-suits proceedings in practice.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to proceedings of private legal law-suits in business commitments with an international element. |
