Learning outcomes |
The course is based on cooperation between University Palacky in Olomouc, Faculty of Law and the Center for International Legal Studies in Salzburg, Fulbright Commission etc. The main aim of the course is to get acquainted students with selected legal institutes in the law of USA and other countries. The lectures are given in English by visiting specialists, professors of law from USA. Students, having acquired basic notions of law in a given country, will gain a foster basis for legal comparative. For participation, very good knowledge of English is required. The course is held in one teaching bloc of fourteen days.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to good understanding of basic institutes of American law, its differences especially in the field of civil and criminal law. |
