Customer services and customer reviews 12. Systematic approaches for the improvement of quality of work 14. The automation of the laboratory processes

Learning outcomes

Studies within mentioned study branch are divided into two stages. Natural and basic technical subjects common to all students of the faculty create the first stage. This first stage takes four terms. The second stage of studies (6 terms) provides students with knowledge of the basic production technologies, the application of the mathematical statistics and theory of probability in the quality management; common principles, methods and tools of the quality assurance in the all process phases; certification, metrology, testing, legal and social aspects of product quality, etc.
