Course content
Introduction to principles of modern bioanalytical methods and their practical analytical application. Separation methods and spectroscopic methods. Enzymatic analytical methods. Immunochemical methods. Affinity chromatography. Electromigration (electrophoretic) methods. Basic principles of metabolomic, proteomic and genomic. Electrochemical methods. PCR techniques. Biochips and biosensors. Mass spectrometry in biological field. Nanotechnology and nanomaterials. Basic principles of metabolomic, proteomic and genomic.
