Course content
|
Working out a literature search on selected topic based on recent scientific papers. Students should actively work out the scientific task and bring his own view and solution on given topic. The course provides the students information on how to write the Thesis and present his data.

|
Work on chosen theme. Theoretical background, elaboration of techniques.
Student should be able to work with literature. Laboration of techniques.

Prerequisites
|
The course is intended for bachelor students in experimental biology, who start preparing bachelor thesis.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Seminar Work
The student is required to submit a progress report on thesis work (1-2 pages A4), approved by his/her advisor. The report should be structured into: aims of the thesis, introduction in the field, methods, results/expected results and conclusions.
