Course content
Students will learn the basics of the informatics, computer technology and general purpose and specialized software with the emphasis on practical skills according to their field of study. Students will learn the capabilities of computer networks handling to obtain professional information of their field of interest. Searching of this information is focused on biomedicine information databases. Furthermore, this information processes by means of table processors and produce graphic presentation of the results.

Learning outcomes
Students will learn the basics of the informatics, computer technology and general purpose and specialized software with the emphasis on practical skills according to their field of study. Students will learn the capabilities of computer networks handling to obtain professional information of their field of interest.
Student will obtain knowledge on the software used for workplace management, patient agenda and presentation of the new information. Student will gain the understanding on the application software for the therapy practice. Student will be able to use methods required to search for the high-quality information.
Prerequisites
Students ought to have fundamental attainments in informatics and computer technology at the secondary education level.

Student performance

100% attendance at seminars, successfully passed written test.
