After completing the course students should be able to: - to interpret literary and cultural events not only in the diachronic but also synchronous view, - to present an unconventional view of steady and time-based perceptions of literary development, - Apply examples of classical literary rendering to the modern lifestyle, - Analyze literary work in favor of its own spiritual development of personality, - to draw general conclusions, to find timeless elements in the work.
