Course content
|
Student proceeds according to written methodological instructions. 1.He/she will get familiar with the content of teacher´s job, pupil's personality. 2.He/she will get familiar with basic documentation at primary school, methodical literature and textbooks, according to which the subject Czech language is taught at the school. 3. The management of teaching, job of the Czech language teacher at primary school. 4. Self-reflection of their own work.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this subject is the cognition of the school and the teacher´s work, cognition of the pupil´s personality, and acquisition of an assuredness in interaction with teachers and students at training school (5 times sitting in on a class, 12 times teaching in each subject). Students will make their own portfolio during the practice.
Student knows the real environment of school practice. He/she can practically use knowledge of generally focused disciplines (obcná didactics) and didactics of the Czech language. He/she wll become familiar with the operation of the school and the job content of Czech language teacher. He/she will get the ability to plan and implement lessons with regard to its objectives and specific of pupils. He/she will apply a variety of methods, forms of work and exercises in specific lessons of language teaching. He/she is capable of introspection of own activities.

Prerequisites

The atudents are supposed to have knowledge of general didactics, pedagogy and psychology.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio, Visitation
1. Passing practice within three weeks of instruction of at least 12 hours, 5 hours of observations. 2. Student prepares and then gives portfolio, which includes (minimally) - overview of lessons taught and student evaluation by hosting teachers, - a set of detailed preparation for lessons and records of observations, - examples of activation aids and exercises used by student during practice, - other outputs of the tasks assigned to the methodology of the department.
