Learning outcomes
After completing the course students should be able to: - to assess current trends in world literature for children and youth, - compare the artistic level of contemporary Czech and foreign literature for children and youth, - Comprehensively interpret the selected work of world literature for children and youth in the context of the creation of the given author, - to formulate and present their own interpretation of the selected title of world literature for children and youth, - Assess the pros and cons of film adaptations of selected works of world literature for children and youth.
