Learning outcomes |
The course focuses on analysis of selected topics of visual studies as an interdisciplinary scientific interest in the objects which are of particular importance because of the visual characteristics. Types of visual phenomena and their analysis are different and include overlapping with the humanities, sociological, technical, economic or other disciplines. Chosen topics are mainly characterizing the current transformation of visual culture and its social dimension. The course is closer to the students field of visual studies and provide them with an analytical device for studying a variety of visual phenomena and changes of disability (visual) culture as a whole.

Seminar Work
Requirements for the colloquium: Active participation in seminars, assigned reading texts and preparing for seminars, successful management of the verification of knowledge of topics discussed in the debate over the week before the colloquium seminar handed works (at least 5 standard pages previously consulted on the subject). |
