Course content
|
Leading students to the creative relationship toward textile materials and techniques through their own creation. Students get acquainted with some pre-weaving techniques and recognize haptic and visual features of textiles and their sensual possibilities. Emphasis is placed on mastering the technological procedures and discovering the possibilities of their application in physiotherapy of handicapped persons.

Learning outcomes
|
Mastering the technological procedures and discovering the possibilities of their application in physiotherapy of handicapped persons.
Through work with textile materials and textile techniques is the student able to empower patients and people with disabilities back fine motor skills and gain relationship to the textile material as a means to develop their own creativity.

Interest in creative work and its use in a future profession.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Analysis of Creative works (Music, Pictorial,Literary), Dialog, Seminar Work
Creative work completed with a text analysing the possibilities of using the technique for physiotherapeutic purposes. Participation in seminars 80%.
