Course content
|
Getting acquainted with clay as the basic sculptural medium, its technology and possibilities. Practical studies of human head details that lead to mastering portrait. Abstract tasks to the theme developing the creative thinking. Practical work in the studio is completed with lectures aimed at sculptural materials and technologies.

Learning outcomes
|
Getting acquainted with clay as the basic modelling material and other modelling materials. Modelling upon reality, plaster models and own fantasy. Practical work in the studio is completed with lectures aimed at sculptural materials
Students will gain insight into the technology and materials to create an object or sculpture.

Prerequisites

Active participation of at least 80%.
