Learning outcomes
|
European visual art in the period 1750-1918 with accent on architecture. Historicism and style pluralism, taste, ideology, representation and their role with regards to the artistic order. Important artistic programmes, influence of historiography and monument preservation.
Familiarizing with the art history in 1750-1918.

Overview of art on the secondary school level.

Assessment work themed to the expert art-historical analysis of a selected construction from 1750-1918; extent of 5 standard pages.
