At the end of the course students should be able to: "apply knowledge of didactics, pedagogical diagnostics, psychology and other related subjects, "work with pedagogical documentation in preparation of own teaching, "establish a learning strategy, propose appropriate methods and procedures, "get to know the pupils' personalities, including their possible educational problems and propose solutions to educational situations, "know the duties of a class teacher, "evaluate pupils' achievements, "use textbooks and other teaching aids in teaching, "to propose a project to implement the selected cross-cutting theme, "reflect the results of our own realized outputs, "analyze and evaluate observation hours by using a record sheet, "taxation of teaching goals and learning tasks from observation and own lessons, to process the portfolio according to the specified requirements. "to synthesize knowledge from the subjects of the module of teaching competence and experiences from completed pedagogical practice, "to verify the connection of theoretical knowledge from pedagogical and psychological disciplines and subject didactics on the basis of situations experienced in pedagogical practice, "Reflect personal experience from completed practice based on observation of observation hours and own outputs, "compare your vision of the profession with the reality of school practice and the experiences and opinions of teachers, "to draw from the observation of the different teaching styles of teachers the benefits of their own practice, "evaluate the behavior of pupils and address possible educational problems, "classify, explain and evaluate phenomena observed in school practice, "to perform self-reflection in the context of Continuous Practice 1a2, "to assess the importance of practice in forming the foundations of one 's own teaching competences
