At the end of the course students should be able to: "apply knowledge of didactics, pedagogical diagnostics, psychology and other related subjects, "work with pedagogical documentation in preparation of own teaching, "establish a learning strategy, propose appropriate methods and procedures, "get to know the pupils' personalities, including their possible educational problems and propose solutions to educational situations, "know the duties of a class teacher, "evaluate pupils' achievements, "use textbooks and other teaching aids in teaching, "to propose a project to implement the selected cross-cutting theme, "reflect the results of our own realized outputs, "analyze and evaluate observation hours by using a record sheet, "taxation of teaching goals and learning tasks from observation and own lessons, to process the portfolio according to the specified requirements.
