Important events, persons and documents of older as well as modern Czech history in relation to contemporary Czech society and state

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is good knowledge and analysis of key events, persons and documents of older as well as modern Czech history in relation to the influence on Czech society both of the past and present.
Interpretation of major events in Czech history in the period.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

Participation and activity in seminars, elaboration of a comparative time table, submitted semester thesis, elaborated analysis of historical documents, and completion of a credit test in the extent of 60%.
