Development of constitutionalism and political system during the first Czechoslovak Republic. Constitutional development in 1945-1948. Constitutional development in 1968. The Constitution of Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic's new constitution.

Learning outcomes
|
In this course will be introduced to the basic issues and problems that affect the constitutional development of Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic from 1918 to the present. After completing the course, students should be able to: "Characterize and analyze the constitutional system of the Czech Republic "Explain the basic principles of the constitutional system of the first Czechoslovak Republic "Demonstrating knowledge of constitutional development in 1945-1948.
