Learning outcomes |
The objective of the course is to promote theoretical legal thinking and the ability to analyse legal issues on a professional level. The students will broaden their knowledge of general legal terms and methodological basis of jurisprudence. The core of the course consists in basic grounds of legal theory, knowledge of which is essential for orientation in a scientific approach to law. The course is therefore a propedeutical basis for the doctoral study programme Theoretical legal sciences.
