Learning outcomes
|
Subject is aimed to familiarize with the basic notions and categories of positive law, which establish the qualification of lawyer and increase his ability of orientation in law. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge of basic notions and categories of positive law, which establish the qualification of lawyer and increase his ability of orientation in law.

Assessment methods and criteria

Mark, Written exam
It is essential that those students who would like to get the credit must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they must work up seminar paper. It is essential that those students who would like to get the exam must have the knowledge within the scope of compulsory literature.
