Students, who has completed this course will gain the konowledge and skills necessary to correctly understand relations among branches of law and will also gain the basic requirements for the successfull analysis of difficult legal causes from the ancient roman legal sources, especially Digesta seu Pandectae, which is the main goal of the second semester. |
