Course content
Contents: Information technology and its role at individual types of schools. Information classes and its objectives at a primary and secondary school. IT in "Framework education programme". Application of a computer in teaching. Models of computer-based teaching. Concept of the State Information Policy in Education. Project-oriented teaching with computers. Websites for teachers ("Učitelský spomocník", "Bobrův pomocník", "Česká škola", "INDOŠ"). Computer support to teaching (types of programmes and their application in the teaching process).

Learning outcomes
The aim is to provide enough theoretical knowlegde and practical skills for effective teaching of IT subjects. Students are acquainted with the possibilities of methodological use of a computer in a teaching practice, with models of computer-supported education.
