Course content
|
Topics covered: 1.Textile, basic instruction, types and properties of textile. 2. Yarn and textile materials, their hand and machine processing, woven and non-woven textile. 3. Basics of hand and machine sewing. 4. Basic methodology of crocheting and knitting. 5. Basic methodology of embroidery, simple pattern book. 7. Point lace, basics of bobbin lacing. 8. Application of textile techniques in pre-school activities. 9. Use of Hessian cloth, artificial fibres and waste textile. 10.Creative and experimental activities with textile. 11. Material sources, didactic aids, tools and equipment suitable for working with textile.

Learning outcomes
|
Working with textile and related materials. Practical skills in creative working with the materials. Use and application in pre-school education and society.
The student will be eligible to use different kinds of materials for technical activities in the classroom at school.

|
Analysis of Activities ( Technical works)
Mastering theoretical knowledge and practical activities, technology of processing textile materials and methodological procedures, including final samples made of selected materials.
