Course content
|
Tasks and aims, history, subject, division and method of fundamental theology. Ways of cognition the existence of God, the concept and division of religion. The concept, division and criteria of the authenticity of God's Revelation. Sources of the beginnings of Christianity. Preparation for Christian Revelation. Inner and outer criteria of the authenticity of Christian Revelation. Testimony of the Early Church about Christ. Comparison of Christianity and other religions. Tutorial: work with texts on studied topics.

Learning outcomes

To understand the method of the fundamental-theological research, to gain knowledge of the preparation and realization of the Christian Revelation and its significance for humankind.
Students will be able to understand fundamental-theological problems and defend the bases of the Christian faith and theology.
