Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this course is to raise students awareness of the Russian 19th century drama.
Students will get familiar with the tendencies of development in Russian drama of the 19th century and with the methods of analysis of the dramatic text.

Prerequisites
|
A practical knowledge of Russian, at least B2 level of the European Framework of Reference for Languages, knowledge of Russian history, culture, literature and realia as expected after completing the compulsory courses in Bc. study programme.

|
Essay, Student performance
Attendance, max. 2 absences. Presentation. Reading the assigned plays, active participation in discussions, test.
