Course content
|
The topics will be specified according to the students? interests, it can be, for instance, the topic of wedding, wedding contract, weather, weather forecast, natural catastrophes, tourism, travelling, travel agencies, the potential of tourisma in Russia, environment, economy in Czech Republic or Russia.

Learning outcomes
|
This is a facultative course and it follows the previous conversational courses, but unlike the previous courses the topics will be selected by students themselves. The exercises should help the students to broaden their vocabulary and ability to extract the main information from text, to discuss and provide arguments about the topics. Also an individual creative approach to the topic is encouraged. The aim of this course is to enhance the communicative competence. The course is held by a Russian lecturer.
An ability to talk about topics of the 5th level of conversational skills.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of Russian, at least B1-B2 level of the European Framework of Reference for Languages.
