Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this course is to revise and systematize the knowledge of English grammar. Special attention is paid to practical aspects of communication in English.
Broadening the systematic knowledge of English grammar in comparison with Czech language. Improving the communicative competence and broadening the vocabulary connected to selected conversational topics.

Prerequisites
|
Upper intermediate level of English as expected from Czech high school lessons, i.e., B1 level of the European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written exam
Attendance, 2 absences max. Completing the assigned tasks. Active participation, individual preparation of home assignments Passing the credit test, 3 attempts.
