Course content
KSO/91BP1 Publication of a Literary Translation LT, 10 or more standard pages 5 credits Topics: Czech, polish, Ukrainian, Russian philology. Tutorials with supervisor.

Work with Text (with Book, Textbook)
  • Semestral Work - 125 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Very good knowledge of original language and Czech language.
To transfer adequatly the linguistic and esthetic information of a text into the target language and cultural context.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of translation theory and acquiring experience in translating.

Assessment methods and criteria
Analysis of Creative works (Music, Pictorial,Literary)

To be familiar with the scientific literature of a given field of study: Czech, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian translatology.
