Course content
|
In this course, the focus is put on the practical training of syntax. Consolidation of the spelling. Punctuation. Coordinating and subordinating conjunctions. All phenomena are compared with the Czech language.

Learning outcomes
|
Systematic overview of Polish language structure compared to the Czech one, theoretical background about the linguistic system of contemporary Polish.
Standard communication skills and knowledge of Polish grammar.

Prerequisites
|
Basic communication skills. The course is not intended for students whose native language is Polish and who are not studying the study programs of the Polish Section of the Department of Slavonic Studies at the Faculty of Arts.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written exam
Good results in partial assessment tests, 80% attendance.
