Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the seminar is to present, train and apply mental training methods and techniques in the area of sport. The aims of the course are as follows: - Introduce the possibilities of psychological and psychotherapeutical techniques in the area of sport - Allow the students to try out some mental training techniques (controlled imagination, ideomotoric training, hypnosis, autogenic training, focusing, physically bound experiencing) - Present mental training techniques suitable for practical application by non-psychologists Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
1. The student is able to apply selected mental regulation techniques. 2. The student is competent to apply selected mental regulation techniques in the area of professional expertise. 3. The student is motivated for further development in the area of development of self-regulation skills.

Systematic Observation of Student, Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio
