The course combines international, intercultural and practice-based learning experiences. Students attend lectures delivered by international guest teachers during the International Teaching Week (autumn semester: November; spring semester: April). Based on these experiences, they complete activities focused on observing, comparing and transferring educational approaches into their own future teaching practice. The course also includes documenting and sharing international learning experiences gained through student mobility activities. In addition, students prepare and deliver two teaching units in a local primary school and evaluate their own teaching experience.

Learning outcomes
|
The course aims to support students' professional development through international, intercultural and practice-based learning experiences within the field of sport sciences. Students are encouraged to explore different educational approaches, critically compare teaching practices and transfer relevant experiences into their own future professional practice. Through participation in the International Teaching Week (ITW), students gain exposure to diverse perspectives and teaching styles presented by international academics and practitioners. The course also provides opportunities to reflect on international mobility experiences and to develop practical teaching competencies through the preparation and delivery of teaching activities in a real educational setting. The course promotes active participation, intercultural awareness and the ability to connect international experiences with students' own educational and professional development.
After completion of the course students are able to analyse, compare and critically assess ways and contents of teaching in their field of study.
