Learning outcomes |
Aim of the course is to provide insight and understanding of counseling in physical education, sport and recreation. Students will learn about how to help other people, as well as themselves, in relation to three main areas of physical activities.
Students understand the basics of counseling in physical education, sport and recreation. Students see each person as a unique individual and therefore they perceive an individual approach in helping other people, as well as themselves, in relation to three main areas of physical activities. |
