Learning outcomes
The course focuses on the learning process in adult education. Students will be introduced to the principles of educational work, to use forms, methods and techniques of education and teaching resources with regard to the target group and towards achieving educational goals. The course will be given to those educators and facilitators in adult education.
After completion of the course the student will know: - characteristics, role and typology educator and participant in adult education - Spectrum forms, methods and techniques of training - principles of didactic work - the current trends in adult education After completion of the course the student is able to: - explain the basic concepts of the discipline - explain the didactic principles of adult education - choose a suitable form, method and technique training on the target group - select suitable material didactic resources with regard to the target group

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam, Seminar Work

Expected to actively participate in seminars, group work presentation of essay on a given topic, and at least 70% to pass the written test.
