Learning outcomes
The course is focused on theoretical training of methods of experimental research of religion. First, students will acquire the necessary skills of teamwork, knowledge of ethics of research with emphasis on experimental conditions. Students will learn how to formulate the research question/hypotheses and what is the meaning and content of the experimental design. After acquiring this knowledge, they will come with their research project under the supervision of the teacher, prepare their research design at the theoretical level. Students will be shown various research tools, including diverse technologies suitable for their measurements.
Students will acquire practical skills and knowledge of individual laboratory instruments, learn how to use the technique appropriately, how to choose a suitable group of probands, acquaint them with the nature of their own research, how to make necessary measurements, evaluate measured data, interpret measured data and explain them the problem being investigated.
