The course focuses on the experiential development of soft skills such as assertive communication, conflict resolution and time management. - Building self-awareness and self-regulation - Experiential learning of key soft skills - Using assertive rights - Respecting assertive duties - Assertive and respectful communication - Constructive conflict resolution strategies - Manipulation and defense against it - Effective time and priority management - Planning and time reserves - Implementation of time management principles - Finishing tasks and reflection - Transfer of learning into professional practice

The aim of this course is to develop specific skills related to the field of soft skills.
