Course content
The course focuses on the experiential development of soft skills such as assertive communication, conflict resolution and time management. - Building self-awareness and self-regulation - Experiential learning of key soft skills - Using assertive rights - Respecting assertive duties - Assertive and respectful communication - Constructive conflict resolution strategies - Manipulation and defense against it - Effective time and priority management - Planning and time reserves - Implementation of time management principles - Finishing tasks and reflection - Transfer of learning into professional practice

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Group work
Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to develop specific skills related to the field of soft skills.
Skills developed: - Self-awareness and self-regulation in personal and professional contexts - Assertive communication and expression of needs and opinions - Ability to apply assertive rights and respect assertive duties - Constructive management and resolution of interpersonal conflicts - Recognition and defense against manipulative communication - Prioritization and effective organization of tasks - Planning with realistic time reserves and buffers - Implementation of time management principles in daily practice - Completion of tasks and reflection on personal effectiveness - Transfer of learning outcomes into professional and everyday situations - Maintenance of balanced relationships through respectful interaction - Development of proactive and responsible behavior
