Course content
1. Context of projecting an educational event. 2. Designing educational events and related concepts 3. Identification of educational needs. 4. Course and ways of saturation of educational needs. 5. Competency model. 6. Interpretation of educational needs analysis results. 7. Ways, types, methods and forms of corporate education. 8. Special didactic procedures. 9. Didactic aids and means of didactic technology. 10. Precalculation and final accounting of educational event. 11. Implementation of an educational event - with reference to a separate discipline Implementation of an educational event. 12. Evaluation of educational action - with reference to a separate discipline Evaluation of educational action.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to teach students how to create a project of a particular educational event according to the requirements and focus of the educational event based on the steps resulting from the characteristics of general and task environment and from analysis and identification of educational needs.
- The student is able to describe the main steps of an educational action project. - The student is able to create a preliminary competency model. - The student is able to suggest a way of saturating identified educational needs. - The student is able to prepare a project of an educational event in all key points.
