Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the discipline is to acquaint students with the basic forms and steps of project learning, specifically with the service learning approach.
Students will be able to design, implement, and evaluate a project in an adult education context, assign roles within a team, and work with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Prerequisites
|
A basic understanding of andragogy and the ability to work in a team; specific project assignments are outlined in class.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Final Report
Active participation in project work, ongoing completion of team tasks, documentation of the process, presentation of the results, and reflection on one's own contribution.
