Learning outcomes
|
The course focuses on acquiring knowledge and developing skills related to project preparation and management. It will cover the entire project cycle: from project planning, organization, and management to resource allocation, with the aim of achieving project objectives. The course also includes an evaluation of processes and impacts.
After successfully completing the course, the student will be familiar with project management, searching for project calls, and understand the essence of formulating project requests.
