Matches the objectives and annotation. The personality of the lecturer and his role in adult education, prerequisites for successfully managing the educational process, communicative skills in the lecturer's work, the lecturer's handling of challenging situations and workload, planning (preparation) and implementation of the educational process and teaching preparation, creating a favorable climate, the lecturer's work with educational goals, definition of basic curriculum, lecturer's work with traditional and innovative methods in the educational process, analysis of preparation and implementation, constructivist procedures in andragogy, three-phase learning model, methods of critical thinking, creation of study and educational text, lecturer's work in traditional and innovative forms of the educational process , the work of a lecturer with traditional and innovative aids in the educational process, diagnosis and assessment in adult education.
