Possibilities of developing individual lecturer competencies

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the issue of teaching skills. Emphasis will be placed on the personality and performance of the lecturer, the principles of lecturer work, preparation and management of the teaching process, incl. solving problematic situations and creating a teaching scenario.
After completing the course, the student will know the principles of the lecturer's work, can create a lecturer's scenario and a sheet of lecturer's competencies.

The course is primarily intended for those who have not completed a bachelor's degree in Andragogy
