This is a 10-day practice (10 working days, 80 hours). Learning outcomes of the course unit the aim of completing andragogical practice in the course of their studies is for students to verify in practice the applicability of acquired knowledge and skills, to realize their justification. Preference is given to practice in educational institutions focusing on adult education or in departments in public administration organizations, non-profit organizations, the social sphere, commercial and economic companies where workers with andragogy education are required. To approve the practice, the student submits to the course guarantor a confirmation of the completed practice in the required extent and the student writes his / her own evaluation of the practice (in what was andragogical, what activities he / she learned in the practice).
Students will become familiar with the practice in companies or institutions of state administration. Students will acquire basic practical skills in personnel work, social work and cultural work. Students use and apply andragogical theoretical knowledge in practice. They are able to assess the relationship between their theoretical knowledge and practical requirements.
