Course content
Content: 1. Main criteria for publishing in prestigious scientific journals 2. Abstract, introduction, main implications, theoretical framework and citation standards 3. Formulation of key questions, hypotheses and methodological section of the article 4. Presentation of the results of quantitative and qualitative analyses in a scientific article 5. Discussion, conclusion and bibliography 6. Creation of parts of scientific articles or entire scientific articles on the topic of the student's dissertation 7. Evaluation of parts of scientific articles by colleagues

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquire the competences for publishing the main findings of the dissertation in the form of a scientific article in prestigious scientific journals, especially abroad (priority journals with an impact factor included in the Web of Science database, but the focus depends on the student's field of study). In the course, students will become familiar with the main evaluation criteria for the successful publication of a scientific text in top scientific journals and will subsequently create, evaluate and discuss parts of academic articles based on their dissertations. The course should serve as preparation for the student's own publishing activity required by the study program.
The student will become familiar with the main criteria for successful academic writing, will write part of a scientific article and evaluate the texts of his/her colleagues.

1. Written exam in the form of writing a part of a scientific article (10 - 15 standard pages) 2. Seminar activity: evaluation and discussion of colleagues' texts.
