Learning outcomes
The purpose of this course is to: 1. familiarize students with the theoretical basis of stylistics as a linguistic discipline, 2. provide students with knowledge, techniques and practical tools to improve their written expression in Spanish, with special emphasis on tools, procedures and methodology of academic writing.

Active participation in class will be necessary for successful completion of the course, together with the fulfillment of tasks set by the teacher. The course is conducted in Spanish. Evaluation: The evaluation includes: the elaboration of a proposal for a master's thesis, including: research problem, hypothesis, the state of the art, methodology and basic bibliography; furthermore, the elaboration of several minor written assignments and papers.
