Course content
The students will be acquainted with basic data about Portugal -its geographical location, mountains and rivers, main monuments of all regions - using both the form of lecture and audio-visual aids (TV, audio and video).

Lecture, Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook)

Learning outcomes
The goal of this course is to make students acquainted with Portugal from the point of view of geography and culture.
Students will gain the basic overview of Portuguese culture, especially geography and folk traditions.

Active participation, end of term test.
