1. How to write business letters. 2. Abbreviations in business correspondence. 3. The introduction of letters, receipts, phone call, conversation, order, request a confirmation. 4. Apologies, acknwledgements, various types of conclusion, greetings. 5. Establishment of a company, changes, relocation, disposal, power of attorney. 6. Demand, supply, catalog, price list, order, conditions of sale, delivery time.

Learning outcomes
|
Practising the written expression in form of the production of various types of texts concentrated on the commercial terminology.
Students are able to create their own texts and work with business correspondence.

Prerequisites

The students must master the Italian language on a general level.

Satisfactory completion of the course is contingent on active participation and fulfilment of all requirements set by the teacher at the beginning of the semester.
