Course content
Presentation of the bachelor´s thesis and a discussion on it is in accordance with the Higher Education Act, being a part of the final examination. The content of the work is given by the selected topic. Working on thesis allows its authors to demonstrate their orientation in the scientific subject, to make a summary and generalization of results. The presentation of the bachelor´s thesis and a regular discussion on it attest that the students are able to do independent scientific research and creative work at the level of the Bachelor's degree in higher education. Generally, the recommended minimum volume of the thesis is 40 standard pages of properly elaborated text.

Learning outcomes
The aim is a successful presentation of bachelor´s thesis in Italian language dealing with literary, linguistic or social-cultural topics or a translation of an untranslated literary work by an Italian-writing author complemented with a commentary.
Students demonstrate the ability to work with professional text and the ability to analyze and summarize a selected scientific topic.
Prerequisites
The course is focused on students who have attended the preparatory BA seminars.

Mark, Oral exam, Dialog

A successful passing of the subject requires the submission of a bachelor diploma thesis, positive and recommending reviews and a successful oral discussion on the thesis.
