Course content
It is supposed that students already have basic knowledge from all the fields of company management. Special attention will be paid to the question of management controlling. Student will also enhance their knowledge of human resources strategy and management. The course will also include some practically oriented seminars in which the students will learn how to conduct an interview, to write a CV and to ask for a job. The practical exercises are designed for a better understanding of real situations. Practical exercises will also comprise a range of case studies. Student's ability to compete on labour marked will be stressed in the course.
